It’s about prevention of life-style related chronic diseases i.e. obesity, depression, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease and several types of cancer.
Holistic health coaching honors mind-body connection by optimizing how you nourish yourself on and off the plate. Nourishment “on the plate” includes the foods and supplements you eat to maintain a healthy body. While “off the plate” explores key areas of your life that contribute greatly to your physical, mental, and emotional wellness i.e. career, relationships, spirituality, and physical activity.

While the definition of living your best life is unique to you, there are universal practices, tools, and techniques that I can share to help you create it.
